Hotel Nirwana Ternate RedPartner

I was booked standard room for 1 night. What I got when I check in totally different as in description or pictures at least. the wall half broken can see the concrete and the AC broken and old. The smell of the room disgusting. No staff or room boy to help us, show the room. We are looking the room following the key number. I asked for change the room following my booking but the staff and owner treat us with disrespectful.
